Transformational Parenting Program

This in-depth, parent-centric process meticulously examines your belief system, childhood indentations, behaviour and thought patterns. You will immerse yourself in all angles of YOU, and have a better understanding of yourself as an individual and as a parent.

If the intention of parenting differently is there but the implementation is not, this program will give you efficient strategies and the evidence-based learning to lift the barriers.

The topics covered span across the backbone of empowered parenting, attachment theory, nervous system science, brain science, emotional intelligence, exploring anger and aggression, the potency of PLAY and more. Explore a brief overview of what is covered below.

We become better acquainted with each other, set a brave + safe container, discuss program structure & logistics.

Week 2. Setting Intentions

We get clear on your values & intentions, ground into your strengths, recognise default pattern & discuss active & reflective listening.

Week 3. 10 Pillars of Conscious Parenting

The core of parenting through connection, different parenting dynamics, generational patterns.

Week 4. Attachment Science

We explore different attachment styles, the inheritance of yours, creating a coherent narrative of past experiences.

Week 5. Nervous System Science

We dive into Polyvagal Theory, inner safety, sensory needs & calming tools, self-regulation, co-regulation, rupture & repair.

Week 6. Mindsight & Brain Science

We look at the art of practising Mindsight, child brain development at different ages, your core-limiting beliefs.

Week 7. Emotional Intelligence

Defining & learning embodied emotional intelligence, empathy as a superpower, tools for emotion coaching & sensory calming.

Week 8. Empowered Conversations

Rewrite your relationship to, & belief around, your voice. Learn purposeful articulation.

Week 9. The PEACE Process

A 5-step framework with practical, actionable steps for overwhelming parenting moments, setting successful boundaries rooted in values.

Week 10. Exploring Anger & Healthy Aggression

Move through anger without causing harm, re-imagine aggression, guide your child to a healthy relationship with this primal emotion.

Week 11. Playful Parenting & Storytelling

Discover your play language, transform conflict & unwanted behaviours through play, creativity, & solutions-oriented relating.

Week 12. Your Personal Transformation

A time of celebration & reflection - we connect back to your initial intentions, capture your growth, & renew your commitment as a parent.
